No representative, coach, contractor, affiliate, or participant of The Wealthy Becoming is authorized to make claims or guarantees regarding earnings or results. Any statements, examples, testimonials, or references to outcomes - whether our own or those of past or current clients - are not typical, not guaranteed, and provided for illustrative purposes only. Individual results vary widely and depend entirely on factors outside of our control, including your experience, skill level, decisions, execution, consistency, and work ethic.

You accept full responsibility for your results, actions, and outcomes.

Once purchased, no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or reversals will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of participation level, dissatisfaction, perceived value, personal circumstances, or failure to complete the program.

If you enroll in The Wealthy Becoming and choose to leave, disengage, or stop participating before the balance is paid in full, you remain legally and financially responsible for the entire amount owed. If you withdraw early, you agree to immediately pay the remainder in full.

Failure to remain current on payments will result in immediate suspension of access to all program materials, calls, communities, and support until your account is brought back into good standing.

If you choose a payment plan, you understand and agree that:
-a payment plan is not a subscription
-you are committing to the full purchase price
-you are responsible for all remaining payments, regardless of participation, completion, or early exit

Missed or failed payments may result in collections, legal action, and/or additional fees to recover amounts owed.
